Work is changing fast. Early career professionals are trying to figure out where they belong. Opportunity opens up when you start a conversation.

LinkedIn wanted to be more than a job site — a community. The insight came from my own experience: every time I moved countries, LinkedIn was how I found my people. When I looked at a LinkedIn thread from above it reminded me of a table — a work Thanksgiving in SF, a lunch break where the table grows, a co-working space where someone joins mid-conversation. That's where the metaphor came from.

The film follows Mia, a recent grad figuring out where she fits. As professionals join the conversation, the table grows. At the end, she finds her space — and she's ready to make room for someone else.
